Plant-Based Raw Eggnog
Eggnog is one of my absolute favorite holiday traditions, and I do adore the traditional egg and cream based version. In the enjoyment of balance of tradition vs. newer health shifts, I also like to whip up this raw, adaptogenic plant-based version as an equally delightful counterpart.
Enjoy!
You Will Need:
- 3/4 cup almond milk or other plant based milk
- dash of cloves
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 scoop of collagen protein and adaptogens of choice- I used he shou wu and cordyceps from Sunpotion (optional)
How to Make it:
Blend everything together in high-powered blender and serve! Garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon.
